Alison McKleroy, M.A., LMFT, is a mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapist and author with nearly twenty years of clinical experience empowering people to be courageous, confident, and in action, creating a life that sparks joy.

Her practice is specialized in learning and mastering effective tools for transforming negative thinking patterns and behavior.

Alison is the founder of Center for Spark, which offers courses, coaching, workshops and retreats that promote joy, ease, creativity. She is the author of Essential Strategies for Social Anxiety and The Self-Compassion Journal.

Alison has traveled to over 25 countries, lived and worked on five continents, and speaks four languages. She loves exploring the world with her husband and two children.
